|Recommended: YesRoof top — Roof top doesn’t open until 10am. Those without balconies would like to enjoy their coffee outside before work. It should be open by 8am.
Parking garage is too expensive, but street parking is usually available.

Regarding parking, we strive to offer competitive pricing for our garage spaces. However, if you’re looking for more affordable options we are happy to hear that street parking is usually available.

|Recommended: YesModera West Wash Park was the 5th last building we looked at after we decided to move to Denver at the end of 2023. We were 30 minutes early for our appointment, but Nisa Community Manager welcomed us took us on a tour. We were immediately struck by the warmth between staff members and that there is an obvious effort to create community in the building important as we moved from an active Co-op community in Portland, OR . We decided on Modera West Wash Park on the spot - Nisa was very patient with us as we worked our way to through the application. We moved in a month ago. Nisa and Ary Assistant Cmty Mgr have been extremely friendly and responsive. The maintenance staff Greg, Leo and Jose have responded immediately to requests. Our 2BR 2BA apartment is beautiful and bright with a great open kitchen living room layout. Modern finishes are attractive. The building is clean well-maintained. Neighbors canine companions have been very welcoming. Great location near downtown
|Recommended: YesAwesome place — Only two issues we have had moving in are the AC not working and our parking sensor not working but everything is great and I'm sure those issues will be resolved.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place to Live — Just moved in and is probably one of the nicest apartments I've ever lived in. Moving in was so simple, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the apartment itself is so nice. Also love that I'm walking distance to coffee shops, food, Trader Joe's, and Walgreens.
